K9 Cloud (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides website, hosting, marketing, and advertising management services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through k9cloud.com and through the software tools we use to deliver those services, and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this website or contact us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and message. We use this information to respond to you and to provide the services you request.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site and the services that host and protect it may record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We may use cookies and analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Google user data and our Google Ads tools

We operate internal software that connects to the Google Ads API to manage and report on Google Ads accounts that our clients have authorized us to manage. This software is used only by K9 Cloud staff; it is not offered to the public.

  • What it accesses: Google Ads account data for accounts we manage, such as campaign settings, budgets, keywords, ads, performance metrics, and change history.
  • How it is used: only to manage, optimize, and report on those advertising accounts on behalf of our clients, and to upload conversion data our clients’ websites record.
  • Sharing: we do not sell Google user data, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide our services to the client who owns the account, or as required by law.
  • Storage and protection: data is stored on systems controlled by K9 Cloud, with access limited to authorized staff.
  • Removal: access can be withdrawn at any time by removing our access in Google Ads or by contacting us. You can also review and revoke app access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as hosting, email, and customer management services), with the client a lead or record belongs to, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. If you receive email from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in that email.
