Logging Into Microsoft 365/Exchange the First Time
STEP 1: Login to Microsoft 365 First
Login to: outlook.office365.com
- Login to https://outlook.office365.com for the first time.
- Use your same email address and password.
- When asked, move to Step 2 and set up any required 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) with Microsoft Authenticator.
STEP 2: Setup 2FA with Microsoft Authenticator
(If Required)
Download Microsoft Authenticator from App Store

With this new email system, you may be required to add 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) on all new email accounts.
